Long-range Planning Committee Meeting – TONIGHT! – Monday, April 10 – 6:30 pm
This committee meets to discuss current and future needs of CCS; meetings are open to those interested.
Grades 1 through 5 – Field Trip – Thursday, April 13 – 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm
Students from Mrs. Baerlocher’s and Mrs. Diers’ classrooms will be visiting St. Clare Meadows this week. Drivers/chaperones are still needed for this trip. If you are able to help, please contact the school office.
30-Hour Famine – April 21st – 22nd
Mrs. Hawkins’s middle school students will be participating in a 30-Hour Famine at the school beginning at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 21st and ending around 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 22nd. As part of this 30-hour fast students will participate in activities meant to bring more awareness to the homeless. Permission slips are in today’s take-home folders.
CCS is collecting paper products (plates, napkins, cups, etc.) for the Baraboo Warming Center. Items may be dropped off at the school office. These items will be delivered to the center as part of the middle school 30-hour Famine service project.
2017-18 Enrollment Deadline – April 28
Enrollment is now available online: barabooccs.com/enrollment Please complete the online forms and submit your $100 family registration fee by 4/28/17 in order to guarantee your spot. Book fees and 10% of tuition are due by 8/14/17.
Scholarship Application Deadline – May 30
Tuition scholarships are available each year, and awarded to families based on proven need. Scholarship applications for the 2017-18 school year are due by Tuesday, May 30. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please ask the school office for an application.
2016-17 Yearbook – Orders & Payments Due May 4
Order forms were sent home prior to Spring Break for the 2016-17 school yearbook. All yearbook orders, “memory slot” photos, and payments must be turned in to the school office no later than May 4, 2017.
Chess Club – Mondays 3:00 to 4:15
Chess Club meets Mondays right after school in the high school classroom until 4:15 p.m. All students are invited and beginners are especially welcome to join. Please notify the office if your student will be staying for club.
CCS Enrolling Now – Yard Signs
Yard signs advertising that CCS is Now Enrolling are available for anyone interested in placing one in their yard. These can be found outside the school office.
