Long-term Planning Committee Meeting Tonight, October 24th – 6:30 pm
The board is establishing a Long-term Planning Committee to begin developing a long-term plan for the school. This is part of the school’s self-study for WRISA accreditation, but also important to the school’s long-term health and success. Anyone interested in contributing is welcome to join.
November Lunch/Milk Order Form – Due Wednesday, October 26th
Order forms are in today’s take home folders.
Parent/Teacher Conferences – November 3rd & 4th
A letter confirming your parent/teacher conference time(s) is in today’s take home folders. Please take special notice of the date and time of your conference(s) as the conference schedule this year is packed.
Blood Drive – November 3rd – 2 to 6 pm
CCS is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a Blood Drive here at the school. You can register online to donate: www.redcrossblood.org – enter sponsor code “Baraboo” in the red box on the home page, then select Community Christian School. Contact the school office if you need assistance. Each student who recruits one presenting donor (use forms that were sent home last week) will receive a Red Cross baseball cap!
Students are allowed to wear anything red on Thursday November 3: socks, shoes, pants, t-shirts, sweaters, and hats.
Students 16 and older may donate blood with parent’s permission.
Craft & Vendor Fair – November 5th, 9 am to 3 pm
Our event has grown and we can use your help. If you are available to help set-up on Friday afternoon (November 4th), help man a booth/food concessions/welcome table or help with clean-up after our event on Saturday, please let us know. Any and all help is appreciated.
Yard Signs – We still have a few more yard signs available for placement. Pick one up to help us cover Baraboo promoting this event.
Advertising – Watch for our flyer in the BNR this Wednesday, October 26th!
The Gala Committee continues to seek auction donations. If you have something to donate or have received a donated item, please return the completed donation form to the office. The Gala committee sincerely appreciates this school-wide effort to help find donations.
