Cindy Allen can be as diverse of a person as her roles at CCS. She is thrilled to be a part of this amazing school by teaching elementary Physical Education and Art. She wears many other hats at school including the lead in Aftercare. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota and continued her studies to earn a Wisconsin state certification from UW-Oshkosh and Milwaukee Lutheran College. Cindy moved with her five children to Baraboo in 2008. She has subbed in the Baraboo school system for several years and spent over three years being the childcare director and 3K teacher at another local private school in Baraboo. Cindy is near the end of pursuing her master’s degree in Educational Leadership at MLC.
She currently enjoys her life living in the Baraboo countryside with her husband David. They love to spend time ballroom and polka dancing, attending Renaissance fairs, canoeing, and kayaking, biking, hiking, photography, volunteering, and exploring local and national points of interest. While her older children have moved on to marriage and jobs, her youngest two children are still in college.
Cindy hopes to bring her passion for lifelong learning to CCS. Her goal at CCS is to encourage others to joyfully live up to their full God-given potential while serving others.
