Free School Supplies
We are piloting a new program and are pleased to offer every student free school supplies next year. You will only need to provide the basic personal items on the included supply list; your students will find all the rest of their regular supplies (pencils, pens, paper, notebooks, etc.) waiting for them in their own kit on the first day of school.
Fourth Quarter Midterm Progress Reports Released – Today, Monday, May 13th
Progress reports are in today’s family folders. You may keep the report for your records. Please sign the envelope acknowledging you have received the report, and return it to the school office.
PTO Scrip Order Form – Due Wednesday, May 22nd
Order forms for PTO Scrip are in today’s Family Folders. Please return your completed order form along with payment no later than May 22nd to ensure delivery before the end of the school year.
Rural Safety Days, Grades 3 & 4 – Wednesday, May 15th
Students in Mrs. Diers’s class will take part in the annual Rural Safety Days Camp held at the Sauk County Fairgrounds. Volunteers are still needed to help with transportation for this trip. Volunteers are not required to stay for the full day, but will need to drop off and pick up. Please let the office know if you are able to help. Royal blue uniform polo and jeans are the uniform for the day.
Kindergarten to Aladdin – Friday, May 17th
Students in Mrs. Hilario’s classroom will be attending the dress rehearsal for Aladdin at the Al Ringling Theater. Royal blue uniform polo and khaki uniform bottoms are required for this trip.
Grades 3 & 4 Field Trip – Friday, May 24th
Students in Mrs. Diers’ class will be touring the Wisconsin Veterans Museum and the Allen Centennial Gardens in Madison next week. Permission slips are in today’s Family Folder. Four to six drivers/chaperones are needed for this trip. Please indicate on the permission slip if you are able to help.
Grades 1 & 2 Field Trip – Thursday, May 30th
Students in Mrs. Baerlocher’s class will be touring the Milwaukee Public Museum later this month. Permission slips are in today’s Family Folder. This is an all day trip with a return time of 4:00 pm. Three drivers/chaperones are needed for this trip. Please indicate on the permission slip if you are able to help.
End of School Year
The last day of school for Kindergarten through 6th grade is Friday, May 31st. Four year old Kindergarten will continue through Thursday, June 6th. Seventh through 12th grade continues through Friday, June 14. For these last two weeks of school (June 3rd through 14th) there will be no hot lunch, no chapels, and no uniform requirement. The regular shuttle bus will be running.
