The next PTO meeting is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. The PTO newsletter is included in today’s Family Folder.

PTO Scrip Order Form – Due Wednesday, May 22

Order forms for PTO Scrip were sent home last week. If you order uniforms through Lands’ End, Old Navy, or LL Bean, now would be a great time to purchase PTO scrip cards for these stores. These cards earn a high percentage of the face value for the PTO and some even offer an additional dividend for the school. Please return your order form with payment no later than May 22nd to ensure delivery before the end of the year. More forms are available at the school office.

High School Field Trip – Tuesday, May 21

The high school teachers and students are headed to the State Capitol in Madison on Tuesday to observe a hearing held by the State Senate regarding SB84. One or two more chaperones are needed to help with this trip. Please contact the office.

Yard/Garage Sale – Memorial Weekend (May 25 – May 26)

A CCS supporter, Paul Quinn, will be hosting a yard/garage sale over Memorial Weekend. A portion of the funds raised through this event will be directed to support CCS. If you are a yard/garage sale shopper, please stop by and help support our school. This is a multi-family sale and there will be lots of interesting items for sale at 1018 10th Court, Reedsburg.

Kindergarten Graduation – Tuesday, May 28

Parents are invited to a special recognition of our graduating Kindergarten class. The ceremony will be held in the Kindergarten classroom at 2:00pm.

Spirit Week – May 28 – May 31

During Spirit Week, students are invited to dress according to a daily theme. Students may participate in these special dress-up days, although they are not required to do so. If students are not dressing for Spirit Week, they should dress in their regular school uniform. Participation in the dress-up days is a privilege that may be revoked for misbehavior or incomplete work.

Tuesday – Pajamas Day (dress in your favorite comfy jammies)

Wednesday – Kings and Queens (dress like a King or Queen; no toy weapons, please)

Thursday – Twins/Multiples (dress exactly like one or more of your friends)

Friday – Athletics Day (dress as an athlete, favorite sports team, etc.)

Summer Library Challenge

Students are challenged to visit their local public libraries this summer. To earn a uniform pass, students should bring the included form to their library, have it signed by a librarian, and bring it back to CCS in the fall.

Summer Closed Campus

This summer, there will be two periods of time during which the school campus and offices will be closed: June 23-July 6 and July 21-August 3. School staff will not be available during these times. Outside of these dates, the office will be open throughout the summer Monday through Friday, 8am to 12:30pm. Starting August 12, the office will be open Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm.

Bible-a-thon All-school Reward
