Invoices for tuition and fees for the next school are in today’s take home folders.
PTO Meeting – Tuesday, May 22 – 3:10 pm
The next meeting of the CCS Parent/Teacher Organization will be held Tuesday, May 22nd after school. The meeting will be held in the gym beginning at 3:10 pm. Attending PTO meetings is highly encouraged for all parents/guardians, and a great way to stay informed on PTO events. Field Day events will be discussed as well as other topics.
Yard/Garage Sale – Memorial Weekend (May 24 – May 26)
A CCS supporter, Paul Quinn, will be hosting a yard/garage sale at his house over Memorial Weekend. A portion of the funds raised through this event will be directed to support CCS. If you are a yard/garage sale shopper, please stop by and help support our school. This is a multi-family sale and there will be lots of interesting items for sale: E11595 N Reedsburg Road, Baraboo.
Grades 1 & 2 – Discovery World Milwaukee – Friday, May 25
Students in Mrs. Baerlocher’s class will travel to Milwaukee for some hands-on experiences at Discovery World Science & Technology Center.
Spirit Week – May 29 – June 1
During Spirit Week, students are invited to dress according to a daily theme. If students are not dressing for Spirit Week, they should dress in their regular school uniform. See flyer for details.
Graduation Rehearsal – Thursday, May 31 – 8:15 am
CCS students (K-8) and staff will be rehearsing for the Kindergarten & 8th Grade Graduation at Living Hope Church on Thursday morning, May 31st. Main transportation for this trip will be via school bus. Permission slips are in today’s take home folders.
Kindergarten & 8th Grade Graduation – Thursday, May 31 – 6:30 pm
Graduation will be held at Living Hope Church. Dress code for participating students (grades 1-5) is the default field trip uniform: royal blue polo shirt with logo and khaki bottoms. Kindergarten & 8th Grade graduates may wear dress clothes.
Field Day – Friday, June 1
Parents are invited to watch and participate in Field Day activities after lunch on Friday, June 2. Awards will be presented at 2:30 pm.
High School Graduation – Thursday, June 7 – 6:30 pm
Graduation will be held at Walnut Hill Bible Church. Participating high school students should wear dress clothes.
End of School Year
The last day of 4K is May 24. The last day of K-8 is June 1. The last day of high school is June 8.
