Parent/Teacher Conferences – Thursday, April 5th and Friday, April 6th (No School Friday)
Letters with your scheduled conference times were sent home last month. Call the office if you are unsure of your scheduled time. Third quarter report cards are in today’s take home folders.
The 8th grade class will be selling baked goods during Parent/Teacher Conferences to raise funds for their trip to the Creation Museum. Stop by, pick up some tasty treats, and help the students have a fun trip.
Used Book Sale – April 5th & April 6th
The school library has an abundance of used and duplicate books it no longer needs. The PTO will be hosting a Used Book Sale during Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday and Friday this week. Books are for sale on a “free-will offering” basis. All proceeds will benefit the library.
Last call for yearbook orders if paying with a check and paper order form. If ordering online, orders must be completed and paid by April 9th.
Re-enrollment Reminder for 2018-19
Family registration fees ($100 per family) and online re-enrollment are due Friday, April 20th in order to guarantee your students’ seats next year. If you have questions regarding re-enrollment, please contact the school office.
Kindergarten Field Trip – April 13th
Mrs. Hilario’s class will be taking a trip to Leatherberry Acres on Friday, April 13th.
30-Hour Famine – April 13th – 14th
Mrs. Hawkins’ middle school students will be participating in a 30-Hour Famine at the school beginning at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 13th and ending around 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14th. As part of this year’s 30-Hour Famine students will be volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul and the Baraboo Food Pantry. Permission slips are in today’s take home folders. Drivers are needed for Saturday morning.
Dodgeville Field Trip – April 20th
Students in 3rd grade through 8th grade will be taking a field trip to the Dodgeville area as part of their science studies. This will be an all day trip and will require several chaperones/drivers. Permission slips and more information will be in next week’s take home folder.
High School State Forensics Festival – April 21st
CCS High School students Mckaryn Cross, Jasmine Hawkins, Sam Plautz, and Lyle Weeks will be presenting their forensic pieces at the state level competition in Madison on April 21st.
End of Year Field Trip to Noah’s Ark – June 8th
High school and 8th grade students along with high school faculty will be spending the last day of school at Noah’s Ark in Wisconsin Dells. Permission slips are in today’s take home folders. Completed forms and payment must be returned no later than April 18th to receive the discounted entry price.
